There's something strange about coming back from vacation.
For a few days, we forget about schedules, alarm clocks, the rush, and everything we left undone before leaving.
And then comes the return to normalcy, and we're getting back into the swing of things.
You return home, the city seems different, the traffic returns, and everything starts moving at a different pace.
You open your drawers and find those rings you haven't worn in months because they were uncomfortable, necklaces that made you sweat, or pieces you'd even forgotten about, and you wear them again, but they don't feel the same anymore. It's curious how your jewelry blends in with your changes.
We've come back looking at things from a different perspective, thinking about what we want to change and remembering what we didn't have time to listen to during the rest of the year, with projects that have been swirling around in our heads for months.
Barcelona is constantly changing… New places appear and others disappear, the streets transform, and what seemed permanent yesterday may have changed tomorrow.
It never stands still, and that stimulates us.
September is the month of beginnings, of sowing seeds for the year ahead, of moving forward, but in a different way. We're returning to the Lair with new things in the works, and we'll tell you about them soon.
